KTM (Keretapi Tanah Melayu) has been on a mission to modernize its services through digital transformation. With the launch of the KITS app, the goal was to increase user adoption among tech-savvy commuters while making train ticketing and scheduling easier for all. The video needed to: Clearly explain app features in under a minute Appeal to a wide demographic (students, daily commuters, elderly users) Be simple enough to play at physical launch events and digital platforms alike By leaning into 2D motion graphics with a minimal and energetic tone, we created a video that felt universal, clean, and easy to understand — just like the app itself.
